The court filing fee will vary from $175.00 to $185.00 depending on the county you live in. The filing fee you will pay directly to the court when you file the papers we provide you.
COURT DATE: Your one and only court date will normally be from 120 days to 150 days from the date of filing a joint petition or from the date your spouse is served with the petition and summons. You will make only one court appearance and at that time your divorce will be final.
